What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. We accept returns only for originals and we do not accept returns for preloved items. Be sure to inspect all preloved items prior to purchasing. Feel free to reach out if you still have any concerns.
How can I know if the clothes fit?
We have a detailed size guide in our menu below. Our sizing structure is designed to match the industry standard, so most of our garments are true to size. Preloved items have their measurements listed in the description.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, so please allow at least 1-3 days for your order to be shipped and at least 4-7 business days for your order to be delivered. In most cases your order will arrive earlier. If there are any issues, feel free to contact us.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. For orders over $200, shipping is free.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship all across the globe, however certain international orders may take longer to process. Please allow at least 1-3 business days for your item to be shipped and at least 5-8 business days for your order to be delivered. If there are any issues with an order, feel free to contact us.
What's the deal with Reworked items?
Reworked garments are pieces (usually donated/secondhand) that we have made unique, custom alterations to (think thrift-flip). Each reworked garment is crafted with a unique sense of creativity and is one of a kind.
How do I donate my clothes?
We currently accept clothing donation shipments from the contiguous United States and pickups within the Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey area. Fill out the donation form and a prepaid shipping label or pickup schedule will be emailed at no cost to you. Each donation earns 20% off of the next purchase as a token of appreciation.
